Edgar was fabulous. He asked a few questions to get an understanding of what our issue was and immediately took the steps needed to diagnose and fix the issue. It was nothing major and he took the time to educate us so we know what to look for and/or do in the future. He also informed us that the ticket will remain open for at least 3 months in case we have a future issue.

John did an excellent job of replacing the door hinge on our 17-year old Whirlpool front-loading washer. Communication with him was great. If we have any problems in the future with our washer, I hope they send John!

Goodman Home Solutions technician, hamilton, was a great technician diligent and stayed with the problem until he got it fixed. Did have some issues with the office ordering parts either that or the parts supplier had problems identifying the proper part but a couple times the wrong part was received and had to be reordered.

Overall their service was a good experience and their technician stayed with the problem until it was fixed.
