Came for a water line issue and discovered the source.
Water dispenser wasn’t dispensing water and the ice maker wasn’t filling up. As it turned out the water line was frozen and there wasn’t an explanation. Upon explaining to me how the freezer works and in going through the process he decided to check to see if an internal fan was running. He fixed the fan issue and the water line. Now we don’t have any more issues. Great job and investigating skills!

Dishwasher door repair
Alex did a fantastic job on the dishwasher!
The problem was the door would not latch… two parts needed to be replaced. He needed to take the entire door apart in order to replace both parts. He did a great job and we so appreciate it! He is an asset to your company! He was prompt, courteous, kind and diligent.

Quick and easy
Had to repair a light in a fridge and found a couple other items that needed attention as well as was able to get all items replaced. Tech was here for less than 30 minutes and replaced 3 items. Couldn’t be happier.
Great fast, friendly service
Tech was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We had an issue with ice maker not working. He diagnosed and replaced defective ice maker and was out in 15 minutes.

On time and extremely helpful
Our service tech, I wish I could remember his name, arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant. He went through all the diagnostics, even explaining to us how it worked. He demonstrated the cause of our problem, somewhat self inflected, and how to resolve it in the future. He went on to educate us on the importance of logging our appliances in online at least occasionally to allow the appliance to receive important updates. This particular rep has been to our home a few times before due to unrelated issues. He is always friendly and very helpful. Thanks again!!
