has over 40 years of experience…he diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes…the unit required a balance adjustment to allow the gasket to maintain a seal. He is a gem 👍

Stewart was so professional, helpful, and went above and beyond. He explained what was going on with my dryer and how to avoid common issues with it and my washer. He even gave me cleaning tips for my refrigerator! So very friendly!

Alex was polite and knowledgeable about our ice maker. He let us know when he was on his way. The scheduling dept needs to work more closely with the local vendors with their scheduling. The initial time set up by Whirlpool, was changed on the day at the time a tech was supposed to to arrive. We had to wait 2 weeks to reschedule. Today, Alex said he would be here between 8 and 1, but a text was received yesterday, that he would be here bt 12 and 5. He was able to be here in the morning, which worked out with our schedule. Hope this solution fixes our ice maker intermittently working.
