Ray went the extra mile to make sure my microwave was safe and in good working order. It had not worked properly about 4-5 days before. Then it started working again a few days before the appointment. He opened the microwave front panel and did a thorough check. It works well and I feel better knowing he checked for potential fire issues.

I met worker “Thad “ with Goodman Home Solutions due to a year old fridge that wasn’t keeping food cold in the fridge part, and not freezing in the freezer part. I was delighted to have a very knowledgeable and experienced repairman. He dug in to find the problems, and a week later after parts came in was back out here to do the job. Very professional and dedicated to his job. Seems to truly care about getting the problems fixed. Highly recommend!!!

The original part for this was broken upon opening, today the replacement came and was successfully fitted by the engineer who completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Our technician, today, was prompt, professional and brought our Electrolux washer back to working condition. My washer had a code problem that he was able to repair for us. Hopefully I won’t need to call for help on this matter again, but won’t hesitate to do so.
