Edgar Espinosa our tech was very friendly and knowledgeable . He took the time to properly test the washer and quickly figured out what it was. Another test or 2 and Edgar had it all figured out and shortly afterwards all fixed up! He was truly good at what he does.

Goodman serviced our washing machine under warranty. The technician was extremely professional and competent. He was able to diagnose and fix the machine in a timely manner and kept me in the loop during the entire process.
