Goodman sent an extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly repairman to fix our dishwasher door alignment. Apparently there is a design flaw with the plastic legs that cause the front legs to rotate while the dishwasher is running. This causes the dishwasher to lose it’s level and balance. Goodman recognized the problem and inserted a screw to hold both legs in place so they won’t rotate during operation. I am very pleased with Goodman’s solution and service – not so pleased with the Kitchenaid design. Thank you Goodman!

The only reason I selected 4 stars is due to waiting a week to get service, and then waiting another week on the part.

Our tech was super helpful, professional, and knowledgable in the process. We were dealing with a product still under warranty and the tech was helpful and patient throughout the process of dealing with the manufacturer.

Hard to understand person scheduling my appointment. I think it was a call center out of the country. They rescheduled my appt via email which I never saw & waited all afternoon. Frustrating to say the least but the technician, James, was fantastic & hopefully fixed the problem with my brand new dishwasher.
