The repairman was very professional

The work and technician were great. First when appointment was set up the original date was March 17 and text sent confirmed. However, the email sent from company had date as March 25th and I did not realize the discrepancy until it was too late.

Once the technician came of course a part had to be ordered. The next appointment was set from 8:00 to Noon, at 11:45 I had to call customer service because I had not heard from the technician on his status.

The technician was polite and professional and work was fine, but customer service needs improvement.

Pierre was super friendly, efficient, professional, prompt and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the repair.

Scott was very professional and came in and diagnosed the mechanical issue. Even though Square Trade (All State) had us video screen the issue to diagnose the problem, it resulted in them preordering parts that was not needed. Instead Scott took the incorrect parts and he will order the correct part to fix the washer. As the mechanic, he came out and serviced our washer, which will result in the repair of our washer.

Lesson learned: Square Trade — it’s not advantageous to listed to a video and preorder parts that are not needed. In the future, consider calling the professional (service specialty tech) to come out and diagnose to fix the problem. (FYI Square Trade is the service warranty recommended by Nebraska Furniture Mart, which I purchased almost 5-years ago.)

Technician arrived ahead of schedule and performed the repair of the LG Refrigerator in about 15 minutes. The required part was delivered for his installation.
