Very professional and helpful

I wanted to say thank you,to the technician he was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that my washer was running as designed. He contacted me at the end of the day to make sure that there it didn’t start doing the same thing again. even after he left. So he’s a great employee in my book. Keep him around.

The repair Tec was Dalton, was very professional. He call 15 minutes prior to his arrival and was on time! Not only that, he was very friendly! He Came in introduced himself and asked what was going on with the stove. After hearing our problem, he proceeded to pull the stove away from the wal and within a matter of minutes he recogized the problem.

The delivery guys did NOT connect the stove up correctly. That was the reason it took the stove so long to warm up, Not Enough Power was going to the stove.

Dalton took care of that, he turned on the stove and the oven so that would could see for ourselves that it was warmin properly. The stove top actually turned RED for the first time since we got it in December of 2024. Thanks So Much Dalton!!!

Repair man had part knew exactly what was wrong

My technician did a great job he took the extra extra time to repair my dryer properly. Unfortunately during the repair a piece of the lint screen was broken but he alerted me to the problem and assured me he would get a part when it was available. 2 days later I received the part in the mail. That is great, honest technician work. Great job! I would definitely use Goodman again
