Maytag sent a technician out from L&W Appliance Repair but when he left, he didn’t fix the problem he made it worse. Then they sent the 2nd technician out from Goodman Home Solutions he told us what was wrong and fixed the problem. He also has to repair the damage done by the first technician. He was very knowledgeable and fixed it right away. Our dryer works perfectly now.

The technician “Anthony” worked quickly & efficiently to replace the parts that may have been causing a DISCONNECT between the brain & dial selectors. Water levels were NOT filling to proper DEEP WATER FILLS. Give him 5 stars !!!

My issue is with scheduling …both appointments ,my TIMES changed or were canceled LAST MINUTE told 8-12 & no one showed no call . Found out when I inquired Tech had emergency & needed to reschedule. 2nd time AGAIN time slot 8-12 .. received message 6PM nite before from tech with new time 12-2:30.. returned call but no answer to let him know we had commitments that time slot would be difficult if he arrived as late as 2:30…No one called to confirm receipt of my concern .. Called Goodman solutions next day &they said had trouble with truck ??? .. Afterwards I received a call from Tech “I’m on my way ” He arrived 1:13 left by 1:35.. There is definitely a DISCONNECT between schedulers & technicians.It’s not acceptable to put someone “on hold” for a time slot for 4 hours get a no show & no call to let you know what’s happening. Only find out what’s going on if you call the scheduling number. Then given a new time slot now or need to reschedule. Poor customer relations .. Need better scheduling system .. One the techs are aware of the correct time & stick to the 4 hour window…

Good service on Speed Queen washing machine

Munzer diagnosed a status code reset issue on a Speed Queen washing machine and ordered a new part for it. He made it possible to use the machine while we waited for delivery of the new part. At a subsequent appointment the part was installed and the machine was tested several times to confirm that it operated as intended. Munzer was top notch: professional, timely, neat, and knowledgeable. Excellent work and results.
