Washer repair
Keon was a great service technician that made our washer repair quick and easy.
He was on time, confident in his job and someone I would trust with my appliances.
Your tech was awesome but the people in the office stink. The technician took care of everything calling making arrangements And for visits. I left 8-9 messages and an email and no response to me till today when the technician made 2visiit to get me up and running. My washing machine has been down since February 9th , I called on the 10th to set up a technician to come out to my house, I had it set for the 17th with a confirm text saying just that . I had to take the day off, no problem, then I received a message at 4:50 on Friday saying they be there on the 18th Which is Tuesday. I tried call back within 2 minutes and no one answer so I left a message. So no on Monday morning I tried calling from 8 am , leaving messages, and I finally got someone one the phone at 1140am. On Monday they told me no one was coming on Monday but would be there on Tuesday. So now that is 2 days I had to take off .
The techs are awesome but the people in the office don’t communicate and screw up when they set up appointments and never return a phone call of and email
Refrigerator repair
